Mudit Vashist is a registered Clinical Psychologist and the Director of Wisemind & Body, based in Southport, Queensland. He provides evidence-based mental health support to adolescents and adults, with a particular focus on workplace injury recovery, trauma, and stress management. Holding a Master of Psychology (Clinical), Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Mudit integrates clinical expertise with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. His therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic trauma therapy.
